SHIPPING POLICY Estimated Shipping: Shipping charges are estimated due to location and weight. We will contact you via email or phone if there is more than a 50% difference between our estimated shipping price and the actual shipping cost. If you request a body part or oversize part we will send you estimate by email or by phone before charging your card. However, the freight amount will be the actual freight charged by the carrier UPS FEDEX or USPS. For damaged items we will work with the carrier for reimbursement and replace the item for you but we require immediate notification of an issue (usually within 2 days of receipt). *****Flatrate and Free ground shipping offers apply only to the continental US. Alaska, Hawaii & Puero Rico do not qualify...
All orders will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking information and your order status. We currently use 2 shipping companies exclusively UPS and USPS. Both provide tracking information and insurance with all shipments. We will determine which company to use upon processing of your order. We use USPS almost exclusively for international shipments unless UPS is required due to package size.
